But just because I’m handling all of the details for you, doesn’t mean that you won’t be with me every step of the way to make sure that the plans are an exact match for your vision. Every detail of the itinerary – from the lodging selection, to the full-day wine tour, to the buffer time for spontaneity – is crafted to match the desired pace and style of the travel group.

Phase 1: VACATION BLUEPRINT
We start with a general understanding of the must-see and can’t-miss activities for your vacation so a “home-base” city can be selected. If you’re going to be hopping around to different places on your vacation, we’ll figure out the specific stopover cities to design a feasible route. We lock in on the general itinerary and dates before doing any detailed planning.
What’s Included:
- A digital itinerary detailing the timeline for each of the travel days and each leg of the trip, with "home base" locations identified.
- Custom Google Map of must-do activities and attractions, "home base" locations, and key transportation hubs, to visually see the skeleton of your travel plans.
- Up to 3 revisions of the Vacation Blueprint
Phase 2: MAKING THE VACATION "OFFICIAL"
Choosing flights, lodging, and ground transportation that meet your travel style, budget, and dates is an important part to making your vacation plans “official”. I scope out flight options for your travel dates and recommend a date to book based on historical pricing trends, so you can be assured that you’re getting the best price possible. I find lodging options that are both strategically located and a match for your style and budget. I recommend the best method of transportation based on your travel style and preferences of the group and provide specific options for your selection. Once you approve the recommendations, I book the arrangements for you.
What’s Included:
- Up to 3 flight options (per leg of the trip, as applicable) - up to 2 rounds of recommendations
- Up to 3 lodging options (per leg of the trip, as applicable) - up to 2 rounds of recommendations
- 1 ground transportation recommendation (per leg of the trip, as applicable)
- Booking of selected flight(s), lodging, and ground transportation
- Updated custom Google Map with lodging and key transportation points of interest
Phase 3: designing the Custom Daily Itinerary
What you see and do in your destination are kinda the main parts, right? Having a plan for your activities every day instead of winging it will save you time and potential disappointment. But don’t think that I’ll be cramming your agenda to the brim every day (unless that’s what you want!). I will design each day to match your travel style and preferred pace of vacation.

Whether you are looking forward to checking some sights off your bucket list, enjoy an all-day wine tour, or feel the rush of skydiving above the most beautiful landscapes you’ve ever seen, your itinerary will be hand-crafted with custom activities that will keep everyone in the travel group happy.
Having a game plan for where and what you are going to eat on your vacation saves a lot of your precious vacation time. Having vetted restaurant menus at your fingertips means you won’t be wandering around with hungry travel companions trying to find a place to eat. Your itinerary will include restaurant recommendations for each meal of the day.
There’s no use in getting excited for the activities and restaurants are your itinerary if you don’t have a solid plan for getting to those activities. Your itinerary will include scheduled arrangements or information on how to get to each of the items on your itinerary so that you aren’t wasting time trying to figure it out on your own when you arrive.
Your final travel plans will be laid out chronologically in a beautiful online format that can be downloaded for offline use or printed, with references to all corresponding travel confirmations. Your custom Google Map will be updated with the saved locations of all places included in your custom daily itinerary.
Phase GET READY: Final Prep
Once you approve the vacation itinerary, it’s just time to wait until departure! Depending on how
soon in advance we plan your vacation, you’ll be hearing from me again at several check-in points
prior to departure with destination tips, as well as general travel tips, like how to “survive” going
through customs & immigration. You’ll embark totally prepared and stress-free!
