This plan will provide the trip logistics to get you to your vacation destination. We recommend flights (international or domestic, to get to your destination), lodging and accommodations, and domestic transport (types of transportation in the destination to get from place to place). We will first recommend when to book flights and lodging based on the consultation date and travel dates and provide 3 preliminary flight options, and 3 preliminary lodging options to the traveler for review. Additionally, we recommend up to 3 methods of domestic transport depending on the destination, activities planned, and the person’s unique travel style. The traveler can provide input on the recommendations up to 3 times before the plans are finalized. Up to 3 options will be provided with each iteration of recommendations. We can continue to monitor flights and lodging up to the recommended book date for up to 3 iterations. Each piece of travel arrangement will be treated separately, i.e. flights may be finalized sooner than lodging.

Easy Expedition Combo

This plan provides you with any all travel arrangements offered by Wild Hair Travels, from sightseeing, activity, excursion, and restaurants to flights, lodging, and domestic transport. The traveler can pick and choose exactly which travel arrangements are needed for a truly custom plan with a custom price that will be provided during the consultation.

Trip Price

The overall trip price is the responsibility of the customer and is separate from the planning services fee. We will inform the customer at every step of the process of the total trip fee based on the current selection of recommendations, if applicable to their selected travel plan (i.e. for flights, lodging, domestic transportation, and paid excursions). Be advised that this total cost will only include the travel arrangements for which we are providing recommendations, and will never include the cost of food, drink, or souvenirs, as that is at the discretion of the customer upon arrival.
