A Peek Inside How It Works
Phase 1: PRIORITIZE TRIP ACTIVITIES
I’ll provide collaborative support in narrowing down activities and specific destinations for your trip based on your travel style and expectations.
What’s Included:
- One (1) 30-minute kickoff call to discuss your ideas and expectations
- 1-on-1 support from me in narrowing down and recommending activities
Phase 2: DRAFT BLUEPRINT PLAN
I will develop a first draft blueprint travel plan and map of stopover cities and travel route based on a feasible timeline. These stopover cities will be the recommended “home base” locations where your lodging should be located, and will make sense for the activities that you want to do.
What’s Included:
- A digital itinerary detailing the timeline for each of the travel days and each leg of the trip.
- Custom Google Map of prioritized activities and attractions, as well as key transportation hubs, to visually see the full picture of your travel plans. You'll be able to add specific activities, restaurants, etc. to the Google Map as you nail these down later on.
Phase 3: FINAL BLUEPRINT PLAN
The bulk of the work will be completed during Phase 2, but Phase 3 is all about fine-tuning the blueprint plan so that it’s perfect from your perspective!
What’s Included:
- Up to 3 rounds of revisions to the draft blueprint plans
- Final digital itinerary detailing the timeline for each of the travel days and each leg of the trip. Itinerary will be created in this platform, and can be viewed in app, downloaded for offline use, or printed via PDF.
- Final Custom Google Map of prioritized activities and attractions, as well as key transportation hubs, to visually see the full picture of your travel plans. You'll be able to add specific activities, restaurants, etc. to the Google Map as you nail these down later on.
