When? 2 years to 6 months prior to your trip.
Wait for my email to schedule a free consultation call.

Have the free consultation call to discuss your vacation expectations, how I can help you plan it, and the planning fee for your service.
If pre-booked 1+ years in advance: 10 - 12 months before trip
Pay the planning fee.
(And the $99 waitlist fee is credited!)

“But I don’t have a clue where or when I can take a vacation that far in advance?!”

That's okay. The only 2 things you have to know to get on the waitlist are:
  • The general season that you want to travel - Summer, Fall, Spring, or Winter
  • Which of my services you want to save your spot for - either the Ultimate Adventure or Adventure Ready service

When you snag a spot on the Wild Hair Waitlist, you’ve made the decision that the vacation is happening.

And that step is a huge milestone because you’re saying to yourself:

  • I am allowed to take this vacation despite all of the logical things that are trying to hold me back.
  • I am deserving of this vacation because traveling more is a dream of mine.
  • I am allowed to be supported in getting this vacation planned because I don’t have to do everything all by myself.

FAQs

HAVE OTHER QUESTIONS?

Do I really have to sign up 1-2 years in advance to work with you?

Not necessarily, but possibly. It depends on how many spots are left for that seasonal waitlist, and I could open up additional spots depending on my availability. If you are at least 6 months in advance, and there is a spot left, snag it and let’s plan this thing!

And how does the planning process look if I sign up later than a year in advance?

You will have almost no “waiting period” for your service and the length of service with me will be more fast-paced and abbreviated than those who sign up earlier.

Is there a cutoff for when I can get on your calendar?

Yes. I require you to book a spot at least 6 months prior to when you want to travel.

Can I change my mind about the particular service that I want later?

Generally, no, but this could be a possibility if my availability allows. The main differentiator between the 2 services is whether you want help with all pieces of your vacation (i.e. flights, lodging, ground transportation, and the itinerary), or just the itinerary. Note that the Done-For-You service is not available to residents of California, Florida, and Washington.

Is the $99 fee refundable if I change my mind?

Since I’m holding a spot for you on my calendar, the $99 fee is nonrefundable if you decide to not move forward with a vacation planning service. If you do move forward, the $99 will be credited towards your vacation planning fee.
